SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

DELIVERY AREA

Movin currently delivers throughout Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

DELIVERY FEES

Standard delivery within Dubai is free of charge. Your order is normally delivered in a single coordinated delivery.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders are generally delivered within 7 to 10 business days after payment and order confirmation. Once payment has been completed, the Movin team will contact you within 24 hours to coordinate the delivery date.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by product availability, approved substitutions, building access requirements or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will inform you if a delay affects your order.

SCHEDULING

Customers requesting a specific delivery date should contact Movin as early as possible and provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Requested dates remain subject to confirmation and availability.

INSTALLATION

Professional installation is optional and can be added for AED 699. This service includes the assembly and setup of the selected furniture package and general post-installation cleaning, where applicable.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

The customer must ensure that the property is accessible on the confirmed delivery date and that any required building permissions, lift reservations or access arrangements have been completed.
